[tex-live] small pTeX problems of TL 2011

Hi all,
I've installed TL 2011 and tested pTeX a bit and found a few
small problems about pTeX.
It seems no pl209.def is installed so I failed to compile
texmf-dist/doc/ptex/base/jtex.tex, jtexdoc.tex, ptexdoc.tex
In fact, there is pl209.def in texmf-dist/source/platex/base/pl209.def
but not in a place where pTeX searches.
I think it might be better to install pl209.def in
texmf-dist/tex/platex/base/ or somewhere.
(I wonder how you can generate jtex.pdf etc. ?)
Next I found pbibtex works fine (it's great) but a sample file
texlive/2011/texmf-dist/pbibtex/bib/jxampl.bib
caused a(n) "Undefined control sequence" error for it contained
a control sequence \JTeX and \JLaTeX
They are defined usually
\def\JTeX{\leavevmode\lower.5ex\hbox{J}\kern-.18em\TeX} % plain tex
\DeclareRobustCommand{\JTeX}{\leavevmode\lower.5ex\hbox{J}\kern-.18em\TeX}
\DeclareRobustCommand{\JLaTeX}{\leavevmode\lower.5ex\hbox{\rm J}\kern-.1em
\LaTeX}
but I don't know how to tell these definitions to jxampl.bib
Of course you can simply replace them with plain J\TeX and
J\LaTeX etc. but I'm not sure what is the best fix for this.
BTW, this jxampl.bib is of traditional JIS encoding (i.e.
not Unicode).
I'd like to know if it is difficult for non-Japanese user
to display jxampl.bib correctly.
Thanks for your great work for TL 2011.
Best regards, 2011-7-28(Thu)
