First, there has to be a new context release. Then, it has to be able
to cooperate with the luatex version in texlive. If yes, I have to
import it into texlive (the dependency on a particular luatex version
is the main reason why context is not automatically imported from ctan).

If the ttf file is bothering you while waiting for all that, you can of
course pro-actively remove it from your harddrive ...
