[tex-live] All hyphen-packages necessary for UTF-8?

Hi Philipp,

please contact the FreeBS port maintainer. THis is a packaging bug.

I faintly remember that I explained it already a year go to the
maintainer, and I thought it was fixed. Ir it was fixed only
for the formats but not for the hyphen patterns.
