I'm not a user of magyar.ldf, but I'm a bit confused about the versions
we have in TL:
- the latest from CTAN (language/hungarian/babel) and the website
  (http://www.math.bme.hu/latex/) is in doc/latex/magyar
- an older version is in tex/generic/babel

(MikTeX has an even older version :()

This doesn't look right to me...

It would help TREMENDOUSLY if the files CLEARLY stated the versions
they are, though...
