[tex-live] Problems with finding files e.g. dinbrief on Ubuntu 10.10

No, because that is up to the administrator, and not all people
have another instance of texlive installed.

Good question, when I have time to package TL2010 for Debian, then Ubuntu
will have it, too. But since we are shortly before release in Debian,
I am not doing anything, so probably we will skip 2010 entirely and 
distribute 2011 with the next release of Debian.. But actually no plans made.
