[tex-live] "tgothic.sty" is missing

The Package "tgothic" seems not correctly installed. TeX can't find 
"tgothic.sty". tgothic.dtx and tgothic.ins are located at the wrong place

   /usr/local/texlive/2011/texmf-dist/doc/fonts/bookhands/tgothic/

The very similar package "pgothic" is correctly installed.

The package comes from:

   http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/bookhands/tgothic/
