[tex-live] error of asymptote of texlive 2011 on Windows

    The procedure entry point __locale_mb_cur_max could not be located in 
    the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll.

I have updated cygwin1.dll (and freeglut.dll) for tonight's update;
failed to notice that they had changed in the Asymptote distribution.
Hope that solves it.
