[tex-live] Question about package's update with tlmgr

Hello,

I have TexLive 2011 (via MacTeX).

On the CTAN website, the package ledmac is up on the 2011-07-22, version 0.8.1 http://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/mirrors/ctan/help/Catalogue/entries/ledmac.html

when I made tlmgr show ledmac

I obtain
