[tex-live] context missing in tlmgr list

hmm.  the possible issue is that tlmgr list ignores the context
shortdesc on the basis that it's silly.

texlive.tlpdb has

  name context
  category Package
  revision 19744
  shortdesc The ConTeXt macro package.

which isn't exactly revealing, but comes directly from the ctan
catalogue "caption".

if you could supply a list of your "lot of them", we could address the
matter at its presumed source (tex catalogue).

i remember being worried about the context entry when i wrote it; it
ought to be possible to come up with something better, but the brain
failed back then.
