since you don't say which repository you're using, or whether the
problem was resolved when you re-ran the update, it's not possible to
judge the significance of your report.

fwiw, my site injected an update of both into the ctan system during
last night.  which should not be read as a claim that i have the
slightest idea what goes on after that event.
