So you are installing TeX Live 2010 and running TeX Live 2009?

You probably did not adjust the path, or installed into a strange 
directory.

Please *READ* the install instructions before installing.

Where did you install TL2010 to (which directory)?

You have to adjust your PATH environment to run 2010!
