[tex-live] simple question on upgrading TL2010 from beta

I just spend some time looking for any information on how to upgrade
from 2009 -> 2010 starting at http://www.tug.org/texlive/ . IF that's
supported, could it please be made more prominent in the
documentation (like mentioning it in the Readme)? Pretty please?
