    Second: could you please remove "2009" in the first line from the file
    install-tl-20100909/readme-html.dir/readme.de.html?

And the <title> says 2008 ... I told Klaus at some point, but I guess
the updates didn't get made.

I prefer to let one of the many people here who know German make a new
version of that file.  It would probably be good to compare it to the
current English version, in general.
