[tex-live] TL 2010 : Does XeLaTeX search for Emacs, and if so, why ?!

Unlike the cmd.exe, calledit does not execute emacs.exe or emacs.bat
in the current directory if "." is not in the PATH, which is
satisfied in most cases on windows.
It is a users responsibility to take care of the PATH.
