[tex-live] TL 2010 : Does XeLaTeX search for Emacs, and if so, why ?!

I was wrong. TEXEDIT is not defined in texmf.cnf in TL2010.
Therefore the hard coded EDITOR, which is emacs, is used.
If TEXEDIT etc. are defined in texmf.cnf, they are prefered.
