[tex-live] xcomment.tex probably at wrong location

Hey,

the seminar package (only in the slideonly mode) calls the xcomment package
and requests not only the xcomment.sty file but through it via include 
the xcomment.tex file

on my system
the console reports the xcomment.tex file as missing and the seminar 
package not to run with the slideonly option



the file is actually istalled:

/usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf-dist/doc/generic/xcomment/xcomment.tex

unsure how files are found, but the doc folder does not look like a good 
place to me

it would make more sense to have it where the xcomment.sty file is
