Ever thought about that since the release of TL2010 there is no
tlpretest anymore???

How did you update texlive.infra *before* when running *pretest*
that does not exist anymore???

Please use 
	http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive/tlnet

Grrrrr... sometimes .... I wonder ....
a simple click on the above address would have revealed
the wonderful thing of a README starting with
	The pretest is over.  See you next year.
