Yes that is a problem.

Ouch, yes, tlmgr check does not work on windows, since its find
is different. Bummer.

Well then,

can you please run the 
	update-tlmgr-latest.exe
script, and after that
	tlmgr --version
	tlmgr update --list

(and please stay on list!)
