[tex-live] Package missing following "Update all installed"

Does e:/TeX/Live/2010/texmf-dist/tex/latex/expl3/l3fp.sty exist?
If so, remake the filename database.

If not, try updating from another mirror.  I see that l3fp.sty is
present in the master expl3.tar.xz on tug.  As I recall, there was a bug
in a previous LaTeX3 update which omitted that file.  (But that was a
while ago, so I am surprised.)
