Buggy -- see: <https://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=40359>, but marked
as fixed. The bug report used /usr/bin/widget:

forcing perl with this directory launches the script, with some warnings:
$ perl -I/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/Tk/demos/widget_lib
/usr/bin/widget
Use of uninitialized value $i in numeric le (<=) at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/Tk/Menu.pm
line 1041.

It seems to be an issue for the linux vendor. If the "widget"
example fails then
tlmgr hasn't a hope of working.
