[tex-live] tlmgr menu

Hi,

I just read in the documentation that tlmgr was supposed to have a menu 
bar. Mine doesn't :(

The lack of a menu bar could be related to this message during startup:

Is my perl/Tk too old? (too new?)

   perl-base-5.10.0-25.1mdv2009.0
   perl-Tk-804.028-9mdv2009.0

This is bad-ish, because I wanted to look at that Options tab that was
promised :-/
