[tex-live] Tlmgr: Collection-langturkmen Forcibly Removed

Definitely looks fishy as

% tlmgr show turkmen
returns
.....
collection:  collection-langturkmen

and
% tlmgr show collection-langturkmen

returns

....
installed:   No

So there are at least two orphaned packages (I use CL tlmgr)
