[tex-live] Bug in bibtex --min-crossrefs?

Hi... I'm using bibtex from TeXLive 2007, which is what MacPorts gave
me (sigh).  bibtex does not respect the --min-crossrefs command-line
argument, although it is documented in the manpage.

I looked at the "noteworthy changes" and updates pages for 2008 and
2009 and didn't see this bug mentioned... either it wasn't fixed or it
wasn't noteworthy ;-).  Can you tell me if it's been fixed in a more
recent version than I have?
