[tex-live] dtk is out of date

    `dtk' is out of date, e.g.:
      TDS:tex/latex/dtk/dtk.cls: 2006/08/11 v1.9b
    the version on CTAN is more recent:
      CTAN:usergrps/dante/dtk/dtk.cls: 2009/11/07 v1.20

Fixed for the next build, I hope.  Please let me know if things are in
the wrong place.

The dtklogos.sty file on CTAN has mixed line endings -- until line 322,
it is LF, after that is mostly CRLF.  Can that be fixed in the next
update, please?  Herbert, I'm not sure if you're responsible for those
macros or if it's someone else, but cc-ing you ...
