[tex-live] .otf vs. .ttf fonts

As I see, fc-cache process both: otf, then ttf (according to 
precedence in fonts.conf, btw.:)

Hmm, GenI102 and GenR102 are unusable, nor even cached. Any idea why we
have such fonts?
