Even with an up to date distribution, I confirm the trouble on Windows
Seven: either intall-tl.bat or install-tl-advanced.bat, with
administrator rights or not, is displayed in English though the OS
language in use is French.

The problem seems to be rather recent: if I remember well, my first
tests 10 days ago were OK from this point of view.

On Windows Vista, everything is OK.
