As previously threatened :), TeX Live is now frozen for the 2010
release.  I updated a few final packages today (bidi, biblatex-apa), but
don't plan to make any more "routine" updates.  Only critical bug fixes
and perhaps doc tweaks.  (And I'll update the Master/source directory
later today or tomorrow.)

We'll rebuild tonight as usual, but (in theory) maybe not after that.
