[tex-live] FontForge SFD files

I noticed that the SFD (Spline Font Database) files of XITS font are
installed under fonts/sfd, however the later is supposed to contain
Subfont Definition Files and the two SFD's are completely different.

FontForge's SFD files (and the .fea file) are source files of the fonts,
and thus should go to fonts/source instead. They are useless to TeXLive
anyway since you need FontForge to build them, but it is not distributed
with TeXLive, but if you insist, then they don't belong to fonts/sfd.
