[tex-live] Minor issue with 'tlmgr check'

Hi.

When one run 'tlmgr check' in TL 2010 the first he/she see will be warning:
Argument "             1 1 dummy " isn't numeric in numeric ne (!=) at /usr/local/opt/texlive/2010/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLTREE.pm line 102.
Argument "             1 1 dummy " isn't numeric in numeric ne (!=) at /usr/local/opt/texlive/2010/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLTREE.pm line 102.

I saw the same message when I used TL 2009.

The solution is simple: change '!=' on 102 line to 'ne'.
