[tex-live] INstalling Mathspec on Fedora

1. chdir to your texmf-local or your ~/texmf
2. mkdir -p tex/xelatex/mathspec
3. unpack the zip file and cp /path/to/unzipped/mathspec.sty
tex/xelatex/mathspec/
4. mktexlsr
