[tex-live] your eqexam package

I would like to continue this thread in a constructive
manner (i.e., please do not interpret what follows as
intentionally provocative : it is genuinely a request
for information), so could the TeX Live team please
tell us :

1) Where is the source document for "doc.html",
    in the root of the TeX Live 2010 hierachy ?

2) What would you define as the "source" for the
    attached file [1] ?  In my opinion, the "source"
    is an evanescent sequence of keystrokes, since
    there is no physical copy other than the PDF.
