[tex-live] asy & texmf v texmf-local

installs asymptote.sty to
/usr/local/texlive/2010/../texmf-local/tex/latex/asymptote/asymptote.sty


however  /usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf/tex/latex/ still contains
obsolete  asymptote directory and it take a precedence over a correct
one. Removing
/usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf/tex/latex/asymptote

solves the problem

BTW, /usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf/tex/latex/ contains also

drwxr-xr-x  3 root  wheel  102 Jun 13 11:30 afm2pl
drwxr-xr-x  3 root  wheel  102 Jul 19 17:06 dvipdfm

Are those in the right place?
