[tex-live] tlmgr updates

     Dear all,

     I've tried the tlcritical version and launching tlmgr --gui yields
Can't locate IO/String.pm in @INC (@INC contains: 
/opt/texlive/2009/texmf/scripts/texlive /opt/texlive/2009/tlpkg 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl 
/usr/lib/perl5/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.10.0 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at 
/opt/texlive/2009/texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl line 40.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at 
/opt/texlive/2009/texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl line 40.
Compilation failed in require at /opt/texlive/2009/bin/i386-linux/tlmgr 
line 3307.

     Is there anything wrong in my path?
