TeX Live only includes material from CTAN, as a general rule. Also, we insist
that all the distributed material is covered by a free licence. So, if you want
these fonts in TeX Live, a good starting point is to make sure they are free and
get them on CTAN.

Btw, XeTeX is able to use fonts from the system, so you can just install these
fonts "the normal way" for your system, and use them from XeTeX. (Same for
LuaTeX with luaotfload.sty, btw).
