I'm not sure what you want but if you installed texlive and
TEXLIVEROOT is texlive root directory then
kpathsea:
  TEXLIVEROOT/texmf/doc/kpathsea/kpathsea.pdf
  TEXLIVEROOT/texmf/doc/kpathsea/kpathsea.html
