[tex-live] Copy TexLive to a new PC

Hi,
 
I want to transfer TexLive from an old PC to a new PC with exactly the same setting using an external hard drive. Which file shoud I copy? 
 
TexLive, texmf-local and gs
 
Is this 3 files enough or should I also copy i386?
