[tex-live] ams bibtex files missing

Hello,

in the new version of tex-live the ams bibtex files
especially amsplain.bst and amsalpha.bst are missing.

In tex-live 2008 they were included in the ams package (as listed in
ftp://tug.org/texlive/tlnet/2008/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb),
but in the new version of tex-live these files simply vanished (they are
not contained in ftp://tug.org/texlive/tlnet/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb.xz
anymore).

These files are a essential part amstex and I believe they should be
shipped with texlive. Is there a reason why there are removed?
