By the way, this is not exactly true. For ctan-bundles, the catalogue
description for individual components of the bundle are not in the tlpdb, as
recently mentionned in another thread.

I think not. Probably some problem with our script that tries to associate a TL
package name with the catalogue name (a task which is not always obvious).
