But apparently not texindex, for sorting the various indices
generated by TeXing a .texi file. Also there seems to be no
documentation.

I would certainly like to see texindex and the documentation
(texinfo.html or .pdf) returned. Right now I am making do with
TL2008 versions.

Also the texi2dvi and texi2html programs (or whatever their current
invocations are) would be much appreciated.
