I have rewritten the old "tar.exe" (ver. 1.11)
to be able to extract files from the regular ustar
format file. It seems to work fine for longname.tar.xz.
I think I can provide a dll-free tar.exe, if no other
candidates are found. Please wait a few days, I will be
out from this evening.
