[tex-live] Translating installer and TeX Live Manager

Dear all,

I have made more changes to the translations strings, merging several
short ones into one long. Furthermore many strings have changed
or have been added recently. 

I have tried to update as much as possible manually, but I would like 
to ask each and every translator, tester, to check the strings.

Update .po files are in the repository.

Many strings are no fuzzy and are in fact probably wrong (if I could
understand all those languages ;-).
