[tex-live] Latvian support in TeXLive

Dear All,

There are ready and usable manual instructions for making teTeX ready for 
Latvian at [1], it would be great to push those things right into TeXLive, so 
nobody would have to do manual work, also in TeXLive things are a bit 
different! 

In short, that is whats to be done for teTeX:

1) these two files unpacked into /usr/share/texmf:
http://home.lanet.lv/~drikis/LaTeX-Latv ... se.tar.bz2
http://home.lanet.lv/~drikis/LaTeX-Latv ... ts.tar.bz2

2) /usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/babel/babel.sty += \DeclareOption{latvian}
{\input{latvian.ldf}}

3) /usr/share/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg += *.map files list

4) /usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.def += latvian lvhyphen.tex

5) @ /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/ucs/data/uni-1.def change \uc at dclc{291}{dirty}
{\leavevmode\vbox{\baselineskip ... to \uc at dclc{291}{default}{\v g}%%
(otherwise "ģ" is not displayed).


So, what will it be?
