[tex-live] Sources for cygwin1.dll etc.?

Hi all!

There are some general purpose libraries like cygwin1.dll in the 
repository. What about their sources? Are they in the repo (don't see 
them in any evident location but didn't searched hard enough), are they 
planned to be added to dvd, or something else?

At least cygwin1.dll seems sensitive for this as it's copylefted 
(GPLv2+exception) but others could also be, didn't yet checked.
