i don't know about tl09 (too much going on to work with it), but the
beebe bundle in tl'08 has both .bst files from beebe's huge collection
which appeared in ctan some time, and some of beebe's collection of .bib
files for literature he's interested in (aiui).

no more than a vague licence statement, in any of that lot, iirc, and
authorship isn't recorded either.

they're the sorts of things i use to fill hours of otherwise complete
nullity: cataloguing something that gives you no information is always
challenging.
