[tex-live] tlmgr: Is it possible to see the version number of a ctan package?

Victor -- Heiko has updated hyperref several days in a row.  When a
package is having such rapid releases, you should look at the source
files to determine what version is available where.  

Since there are unavoidable delays at every stage, all the secondary
stuff (Catalogue, master tlpdb, local tlpdb) may well be lagging behind
and not represent the actual sources installed.  That's just the way
life is.
