what's a bug?

it would appear that (for one of the recent updates) the catalogue
maintainer (me) failed to update the catalogue.

hyperref is updated with bewildering frequency, and i obviously imagined
i had already done that update. i catalogued 6.79h on 26th; version
6.79k appeared in cambridge on the 27th (via mirror overnight). who
knows what happened to 6.79(i|j)?

i have now changed the catalogue repository. as i understand it, this
means that the information will appear in texlive.tlpdb tonight, so that
(unless there's another new hyperref to subvert my attempts at keeping
up), things will be back in sync.
