The additional outlines are ("->" shows linked file):

* hyperref manual        -> manual.pdf
  * README               -> README.pdf
  * ChangeLog            -> ChangeLog.pdf
  * Options              -> Options.pdf
* Bookmark talk, slides  -> slides.pdf
  * Bookmark talk, paper -> paper.pdf
* Sources: hyperref.dtx  -> hyperref.pdf
  * backref.dtx          -> backref.pdf
  * nameref.dtx          -> nameref.pdf

hyperref.dtx, backref.dtx, nameref.dtx are the sources,
the link goes to the typeset form of the dtx documents.
