[tex-live] russian.sty requires cmcyr.sty

Hi,

the file russian.sty from current texlive-2009

texlive/2009/texmf-dist/tex/latex/cmcyralt/russian.sty

requires cmcyr via

\RequirePackage{cmcyr}

but cmcyr.(sty|cls) is not included in texlive-2009.
