[tex-live] texlive 2009 xindy make-rules compile problem

I guess that is the problem, t least non of us building it used it AFAIR.

The files for xindy in temxf are already installed in the texmf tree, why
do you want to reinstall them?

BTW, why do you recompile eveything at all?
