  Oh yes.  Tonight I, together with two (2) other distinguished colleagues met
on the Big Net, convinced one (1) person not to use eqnarray in his new
documents.  Yeah!

  (Note that for eqnarray you don't even need to install any package, so the problem of its persistence is even worse, in a sense).
